Welcome to my store!

Hi, I’m Philippa, thank you for visiting my site and supporting my work. These terms of service ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for using my website, purchasing from my store, and the services I provide. By using this site and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

1. General Information

I'm based in the UK, and I sell paintings and art prints through my online store. All products and services on my site are subject to availability, and I reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit them without prior notice.

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use this site. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during checkout.

2. Products and Pricing

I do my best to ensure that the descriptions, images, and colors of my paintings and prints are accurate and as close to the real thing as possible. However, because each piece of artwork is unique, there may be slight variations in color or appearance depending on your screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£), and I reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The final price you’ll pay is the price displayed at checkout, including any applicable shipping fees.

Custom Orders

For commissioned or custom pieces, I will provide a price quote based on the specific work requested. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable once the creation process has started, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. I further require 50% upfront payment and the final 50% before I send the physical or digital product over.

3. Payment

I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as offered through Shopify. Your payment details are processed securely, and I do not store your payment information myself.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Times

I ship from the UK, and I aim to process orders within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location:

  • UK Orders: Typically take 3-10 days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary but generally take 14 days. Please note that I’m not responsible for delays caused by customs or other issues beyond my control. Depending on the time of year or backlogs within the Royal Mail shipping service there may be an additional 14 days of delay. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

For orders outside the UK, customs duties or taxes may be charged upon arrival, and you (the buyer) are responsible for covering these fees. Please check your local regulations for more information.

5. Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I offer a return and refund policy in line with UK law. Please refer to my Return and Refund Policy for full details.

In brief:

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you’ll have 14 more days to return it.
  • Custom or commissioned items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are created by me (unless stated otherwise) and are protected by copyright laws. You are not allowed to reproduce, copy, or sell any of my artwork without my express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While I do my best to provide accurate information and services, you understand that using this site is at your own risk. I will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any products purchased, except as required by law.

In the rare event of a product being damaged or faulty, my responsibility will be limited to the replacement or refund of that product as set out in my return policy.
